JWP has a large range of rubber tracks covering all sizes of excavators from micro, mini and midi from 0.75 to 7.5 tonnes, as well as tracked carriers and dumpers, drilling and piling rigs and other machinery.
We stock the following tread widths:-
180, 230, 300, 320, 350, 400 & 450 mm.
Larger sizes of track, up to 800mm tread width - for tracked dumpers up to 20 tonnes - can be supplied to order.
These auxilliary demolition attachments are for interchangeable undercarriage machines (i.e. can run with either steel or rubber tracks) and are now supplied in the latest short pitch construction. This system offers 100% more steel than the conventional, long pitch track and has a metal insert for every sprocket tooth.
The two main benefits of this are:- a significant reduction in track vibration, and greater resistance to insert tear out, which is a common cause of track failure.
